The space has been created to encourage a sense of community with all who stay here. We hope you enjoy the short 4 minute walk to the beach, (please note running shoes are recommended. The trail is steep and has obstacles such as roots and rocks) the endless trails nearby or the amazing yard and space the property has to offer.

Fully modern ground floor one bedroom nest in a well established neighborhood surrounded by Garry Oak trees. Includes living room, fully stocked kitchen, laundry, and dining area. We are a 5 min drive to the Cowichan Valley trailhead to bike to Duncan and back, a 6 min drive to mountain bike at the Fairservice Fun trail park or drive 10 min to Bald Mountain hiking for beautiful views.

Designed as a place for friends and family to gather, the Youbou Lakehouse is a sanctuary where you can unwind and connect with the natural world. The kitchen features modern appliances and is fully equipped. The bedroom provides a queen bed, large closet and plenty of storage. There is in suite laundry and a private entrance with keyless entry and private patio. Wifi included. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to parks, trails, shopping and public transit. Parking for 1 vehicle.

Relax at this peaceful getaway directly on the waterfront! This 2 bedroom cottage is perfect for your next get away. Enjoy private waterfront access from our dock. Cowichan Bay is perfect for those who love the water and a sense of community in a cozy fishing village. Great for fishing salmon and shellfish. The cottage is a 5 minute drive from the village of Cowichan Bay where you'll find shops and restaurants. We are 15 minutes from the town of Duncan and 45 minutes from Victoria.

4 bed including separate bunkhouse (3 in main) hot tub fire pit fire table two large gazebos. Private dock across the street w/ lake access (shared with another cabin on the property) room for boat parking. Large island full freezer & fridge 8 burner stove 2 dishwashers, wine and drink fridge. Hot tub, completely self contained bunk house with kitchenette and a barrel rolled sauna. For the summer months only there is a large heated pool and gym building with weights and a treadmill,

The Sanctuary is a perfect couples getaway @ Northshore Estates. This is located in Lake Cowichan BC on Vancouver Island. The perfect place to relax & take in the tranquility lake view from suite Lake Cowichan has to offer. Easy access to the lake, walking/biking and hiking trails, March Meadows Golf Course, Lake Cowichan River for tubing, local bakery, grocery and liquor store. This property is close to LakeTown Ranch. Please note this is a smoke free space & no pets.
