This is a guest suite located on the 2nd floor of a residence with its own private kitchenette, bathroom and balcony overlooking the Indian River. Enjoy watching the sunrise and dolphins from the private dock or if you'd prefer, pull up a chair and marvel at the rocket launches from across the river. There is easy access to state road 528, making it a short drive to Kennedy Space Center, beaches and historic downtown Cocoa. Self-check-in is available with a keypad. Free parking on premises.

The home is 1600 sqft and your space is 335 sqft, private and cozy!!! It has a bedroom, living room and a full bath. parking is under carport for those tropical rainy days ( please park on the right side) it's shared space. There are two smart t.v which have Netflix, tubi, YouTube and others. the kitchenette has a keurig, compact size fridge and microwave. we have beach chairs/ towels, outside shower, hot and cold water. *cats on property!!! *dog named Lucy *ages 21 and over
