This apartment is brand new with all of the comforts of home. Quick access to I-35 makes it simple to travel every direction. We are about thirty minutes north of Dallas or Fort Worth. This space has WiFi, 2 smart TV's with Hulu+Live, washer and dryer, queen size bed and sofa bed with memory foam mattress. It has a fully equipped kitchen. We are pet friendly & behaved pets are welcome. We use a disinfecting UV light to sanitize between guests. We also have a rigorous cleaning protocol.

This private, smoke and pet free retreat offers natural light and your own designated parking spot. Stay within two miles of UNT, TWU and the unique Denton Square. You will enjoy unique features that will make you feel at home including a stocked kitchen and a record player with music from local Denton bands.

Well, first, myself: I lived here—before I joined my parents down the block. Second, however, I created this home for you: The guest on a budget (fuck cleaning fees) with plans in Denton's best neighborhood. I love my home. A lot. And I think you will, too.
