The apt is literally downtown, set in a lovely street with lots restaurants and cafes in the historic heart of Palermo, just around the corner of Teatro Massimo. Although it's right in the middle of all the restaurants and night life you can't really hear any noise once inside of the apt. Inoltre ha una porzione di una grande terrazza arredata, l'accesso esterno dalla scala principale del palazzo, posta al terzo piano per poter godere di una vista mozzafiato e del sole siciliano.

L'abitazione è situata in una strada ai margini del centro storico, che può sembrare una strada di periferia, ma ha il grande pregio di essere molto vicino al centro storico di Palermo e permette di visitare la città a piedi con assoluta facilità. Siamo vicino al mare, la presenza delle navi che si percepisce, è molto suggestiva
