Casa Statiella è vicina al centro città di Acqui Terme ed a solo 500 mt dalla zona termale e dalla sua grande piscina ed è un punto di partenza ideale per esplorare le ricchezze enogastronomiche, storiche e naturalistiche dell'Alto Monferrato. In un'ora d'auto è possibile raggiungere la riviera ligure oppure visitare le grandi città del nord Italia. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, a chi viaggia per lavoro, a famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici).

The house features three bedrooms, a living area with a comfortable sofa bed, and two bathrooms. The kitchen is located on the ground floor next to the game room, which is equipped with billiards, darts ecc. Náš dům leží v centru středověkého městečka Tagliolo Monferrato obklopeného vinicemi a horami. K ligurijské riviéře se dostanete autem za 30 minut. Pro milovníky vína je na dojezd známá oblast Barolo & Langhe. Do starého přístavu Janov (Genova) cesta autem trvá zhruba 50 minut. Každé ráno můžete posnídat v místním baru a nasát pravou italskou atmosféru s cappucinem a croissantem. (20m od baráku) Parkování zdarma u baráku na ulici a nebo v blízkosti na parkovišti.

Residenza Della Bollente I

The apartment is located on the main square of the city in Palazzo Scati. Palazzo, founded on the ruins of a Roman amphitheater and pre-existing medieval buildings, belonged since 1614 to the Scati family, recognized as one of the oldest noble families of Acqui Terme. Thanks to careful restoration in 2025, all of the building's authentic elements were preserved. The building was declared a Special Cultural Heritage Site.
