Em baixo uma zona living em plano aberto e em cima duas suites, dois quartos twin, varandas em cada divisão e uma casa de banho adicional. Com uma magnífica vista sobre a paisagem natural, é ideal para partilhar os dias com a natureza, desfrutando das praias selvagens da Comporta. No exterior tem piscina, 2 terraços, um especialmente pensado para refeições, com 60 m2 e outro 35m2 com vista piscina. A Villa tem cozinha totalmente equipada, 3 quartos duplos no piso térreo e 2 suites no piso superior (as suites têm apenas entrada pelo exterior). Todos os quartos e suites possuem wc e existe um wc exterior. As suites podem acomodar até 4 hóspedes.
