Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. L'unico locale in comune (con noi che abitiamo sopra) è la lavanderia che è in una stanza indipendente .Il parcheggio ,gratuito , è sulla strada (a 20 metri dalla porta di casa) Non c'è giardino ma ci si può sedere fuori magari per bersi un drink .
