"The Shed"
At first glance, yes it's a shed. But explore further and you will find an unique Aussie experience, a fully functional self contained room. Shower, toilet and kitchenette. All private and seperate from our house. It's normally used for overnighters by family and friends. Please be open minded in your expectations, it's not the Ritz, Hilton, Taj Mahal but what it is clean, tidy, private affordable accomadation. Single or couple. Please note that toilet, shower and sink are located in same room.

"Topp House" Retreat Barossa
Topp House is one of the original heritage interest houses along Bethany Road. Bethany ( Bethanien) established 1842 the oldest German settlement in the Barossa Valley. Charmaine and Steve are the hosts at Halletts Valley Hideaway - a luxurious self-contained cottage tucked away amidst vineyards on the outskirts of Tanunda, in the heart of the beautiful Barossa Valley. The property was rebuilt from the ground up in 2017, blending original timber beams and local stone with contemporary design to offer guests a haven of peace and comfort. Enjoy panoramic views of rolling hills, spectacular Barossa sunsets, kangaroos amongst the vines and blue wrens on the lawn.

The Writer's Studio, Barossa
Perfect for one or two people, The Writer's Studio is fully self-contained. It has a really comfortable and firm inflatable queen bed. Away from the main house, it opens out onto a small orchard. This is a quiet oasis you can enjoy in between exploring all the Barossa has to offer. It has dining and sitting areas as well as a reading nook in the loft. It has a sofa which can open out for a child if necessary. Or we can set up another inflatable bed in the loft, accessed by a loft ladder.

WHISTLER VINEYARD RETREAT
Set on 80acres in the heart of the Barossa Valley this private, self-contained guest wing is surrounded by vineyard and gardens. Our retreat gets you back to nature... with vineyard and scrub walks, (accompanied by at least one of our Border Collies), friendly geese, an inquisitive free-roaming peacock, hens, rescued & wild kangaroos, the occasional Koala and a myriad of birdlife. Take in the views from the verandas, sit by the campfire (during the cooler months) or relax in the hammock.

Miriam's Cottage self contained Bed and Breakfast
This lovely 1920's cottage is located in a quiet tree lined street in the heart of Tanunda. Miriam's is a 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants such as Ferment Asian, 1918, Musque and cafe's. Also walking distance to Langmeil winery, Peter Lehmann, Z Wines etc Breakfast provisions are there for guests to either have a cooked breakfast of bacon, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms or continental breakfast. Included is also a cheese plate and bottle of wine. Firepit only supplied when seasonal.

Tal Haus - In the heart of the Barossa Valley
In the heart of the Barossa! Older style home - not fancy, but very comfortable and perfectly located in the centre of Tanunda. Tal Haus is on the main street - a 3 minute stroll to some of the region's finest restaurants and bars. Built in 1928, it's a little piece of Barossa history in a great location. Good beds and linen, big screen TV, pantry items and provisions for a cooked breakfast supplied. Tal Haus offers all the comforts of home - perfect for couples or families.

It’s a great spot to discover the Barossa Valley and a lovely neighbourhood. I have so many great memories here, and I’m convinced that you will too.

Rogasch Cottage
Situated in the heart of the Barossa Valley and nestled amidst 9 acres of vineyard, this fully renovated 1860's cottage is only 5 minutes walk to Tanunda's coffee shops and restaurants With magnificent vineyard and rural views you can enjoy a glass of wine whilst relaxing in the heated plunge pool or enjoying the comfort of an open fire place. Did we mention there is also access to your own private cellar ;-)

Uzuri Barossa is a fully self contained guest house with a blend of classic and modern design set on our lush two-acre property a mere 3 minute drive from the quaint little town of Lyndoch, the gateway to the Barossa Valley. It is separate from our main house so you will have full privacy to enjoy our cosy guesthouse. The name Uzuri means 'beauty' in Swahili, a homage to Kenya where my husband Kipi is from.
