Smart tv with all streaming services downloaded. Also possible to use the sofa as a bed by removing the cushions and a extra pillow and duvet are on site. Cozy and safe neighbourhood with a bakery and restaurant in walking distance and a grocery store only 4 minutes away by car along with a few restaurants.

Welcome to our home. It is a cozy apartment in a family friendly neighbourhood. The location is great and you can walk to almost everything you need. Only 25 min walk to the centre and the shopping mall. A 5 min walk to the next Café, bakery, ice-cream shop, kiosk, and a sausage shop. A 10 min walk to the swimming pool, gym and the beautiful Botanical Garden, including the zoo and family park. The house is very quiet and the neighbours friendly. One dog lives in the same house.

The apartment is located in a unique early last century wooden house which was once called the palace of Hverfisgata. Recently renovated it retains all the charm of old but with all the comfort and style of modern day life.

The apartment is in quiet and a well grown neighborhood. It is located in our home and it share a common entrance. Free car parking. A big outdoor swimming pool is in 5 min. walking distance also a bakery and a grocery. Sky Lagoon is in a walking distance (10 min.) from the house. Kópavogur buss terminar in Hamraborg is in 10 min. walk distance from our house. We are located 7 km. from downtown Reykjavik.

This apartment has a private entrance is 60 m2 , it has a 2 x 90 cm single beds that can be put together to make a king size bed. The living room has a big sofabed that is 140x200 cm and there is a 40 inch smart tv . Kitchen is well equipped for home cooking. Bathroom is spacious and has a shower. The location is amazing , close to city's main attractions ,main bus station, tour pick ups .

2 bedroom apartment located in a new quiet area of Selfoss. Selfoss is a town located in the south of Iceland only a 40 minute drive from Reykjavik. Many of the main attractions are only 40-50 minutes away, it is a great base for exploring Iceland. I would say a car is needed when staying in Iceland and furthermore at my apartment. Parking is available on premises.
