Trucks and sedans are fine but any vehicle with a low profile isn't recommended

There is no shortage of wildlife...deer, hawks, owls, geese, and pheasants to name a few, along with some cows and a horse grazing in the pasture out back.

Cassidy Homestead Guest Cabin

If you're looking for an authentic rustic Montana cabin experience with modern amenities, this is your place!! Situated between Glacier and Yellowstone national parks, this quaint rustic cabin is located in the small hamlet of southern Hall just off I-90 and 10min from Philipsburg. The cabin sleeps 6 comfortably, and was built by homesteader Carl Cassidy in the early 1980's. His skillful primitive aesthetic and use of recycled materials gives the cabin a feeling it was built in the 1880's.

(1st come/ 1st served) 1/2 mi from lake and trails, 3 miles from Double Arrow Golf Course, and 3/4 mi from 18 hole disc golf.

Unique grain bin, luxury style glamping, with heated tile floors, air conditioning, breath taking views, and loving farm animals to include two Bison. The grain bin has an outdoor porta-potty 20 feet away and a summer outdoor hot shower and also guests share an indoor restroom 75 feet away, laundry room, kitchen, and a rec room in the basement of the main house with a private entrance. Magical getaway bedroom in the woods on 25 acres where glamping meets re-wilding. Come recharge and rest. Short walk to the all cedar outhouse. Enjoy watching the fire dance at the campfire circle by the creek. Great hiking trails close by, and just 20 miles to Lolo Hot Springs and 4 miles to a restaurant/saloon. The perfect base camp to start from for any of the areas many adventures!

Cabin has one queen bed on main “open” floor, 2 beds in loft, (one queen and one full). Loft has a sturdy built in ladder, not suitable for toddlers or little kids. Equipped with gas cook top, refrigerator, microwave, sink, bathroom w/ shower, tv (DVD's and ROKU). Situated approximately 5 miles from the Clark Fork River, and 1 mile from public Montana Government Lands (Pontoon boats available to rent for self-guided tours, please inquire.)
