There is a beautiful coastal walk, or bus link, into neighboring Whitley Bay where there are a host of bistros, bars & traditional seaside attractions to enjoy .

A short walk to the harbour, stunning sandy beach, Holywell Dene nature reserve. Nearby pubs serving food. Older children welcome, but many trinkets are on display in my home, s caution would be needed with youngsters.
