A 15 minute walk takes you to the popular Sportsman restaurant. The house is a 10 minute drive or 40 minute beach walk to Whitstable with its delightful Harbour Street boutiques and many restaurants. Canterbury is 20 minutes by car with its famous Cathedral & Marlowe Theatre

This flexible accommodation will suit a couple or two friends and is fully self-contained, with an open plan area downstairs, and a large double bedroom and shower room upstairs. The house contains 3 x King bedrooms, 2 x double bedroom, open plan kitchen / living / dining, separate snug/TV area with sofa bed, 2 x shower rooms, a bathroom & utility. There is a large private garden & parking for 4 cars. The house is in the quiet private Granville Estate in Seasalter. We are approx 30 mins walk, 5 mins drive from central Whitstable & 30mins walk to the Sportsman.

The Whitstable Oyster is a private, self-contained studio in a converted side building of our family home. Situated on a quiet road, it’s a 10-minute walk to Whitstable’s high street and around 20 minutes to the beach, with a Co-op close by. Inside, you’ll find a king-size bed, TV, compact kitchen with hob and combi-oven, dining table, sofa, and a separate shower room with toilet. Free street parking is available. A practical and comfortable base to enjoy Whitstable from.

It is The Oaks Retreat, WINNER of the Paris Design awards 2024 'best hospitality interior', an architecturally inspired bespoke woodland Airbnb located in the seaside town of Whitstable.
