Situated at Sweech Farm in Broad Oak, The Studio is completely self-contained with a key safe for self-check in. It has a King-size bed, sofa, 32 inch tv with Netflix, hairdryer, small Kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee and tea making facilities, a breakfast area and en-suite shower room. Traditional terraced house converted into a stylish one bedroom home that is yours exclusively. It is an ideal home for a couple looking for a restorative break by the seaside. We live here part time so it is fully equipped and the amenities are all available for you to use, including beach kit. Please note that we have a strict adults only policy and that the maximum number of adults is 2. We love animals, but unfortunately we also have a ‘no pets’ policy as well.

A stroll from the Sportsman Restaurant, Oyster Pearl Pub and near lovely Whitstable for shops and restaurants. Perfect in summer with a safe swimming beach meters away and in winter the pleasure of of sea mist, migrating birds and walks on the shore and marshes. Afternoons with a book in front of the fire.

A beautiful 2 bedroom cottage in the most wonderful location - steps away from the beach and a few minutes walk to the centre of Whitstable. This fisherman’s cottage dates back to 1810, is full of period charm, and sympathetically decorated with antique, comfortable furniture. The cottage has a mature garden with side access, and is set down several steps meaning it feels nice and private. The cottage has steep stairs and some low ceilings.
