Welcome to our fun family getaway! Our home is equipped with everything you need to make great vacation memories: private pool, ample balconies, game room and fire pit. We provide super-fast wifi, a chef’s kitchen, and sleeping arrangements for 13 guests. Just a 10 minute drive to Pier Park and just 7 minutes to Rosemary Beach & 30A. We are dog-friendly with payment of a $170 pet fee. Three dogs maximum. We offer pool heating and a golf cart rental; each for an additional fee. Details below.

This 3 bedroom (king, queen, 2 twins) provides plenty of room for the entire family. Back deck overlooks state park land providing some much needed quiet privacy on your family vacation perfect for a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktails. "Serendipity in Seagrove" is located on charming and secluded Barcelona Avenue and nestled within the whimsical tree canopy that steals the hearts of those who visit Seagrove. You'll be incredibly close to all the action and enjoyment of the beach, 30A and Seaside, yet privacy is yours the moment you need it. It’s the best of both worlds. You have access to our private pool with an option to be heated during the cooler months. We do ask a fee of $30 per day to offset our additional costs.

3 Min walk to Beach - sleeps 8 - pet friendly!

Short 3 minute walk to the turquoise water and sugar sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! FAST wifi, STOCKED kitchen, open concept living area next to the kitchen & dining areas. 2 bedrooms with king beds and 1 bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed. Pull out couch. 2 full baths. Free full size washer & dryer. Outdoor shower. This cozy cottage is a 7 minute drive to pier park and a 8 minute drive to Rosemary Beach and 30A. Dog friendly with a payment of $125 pet fee: 2 max.
