Set in the gardens of our farmhouse, on the edge of a private 12 acre lake. Our log cabin provides luxurious bed & breakfast accommodation for two people. A short drive away there’s a Nature reserve, play barn, golf, tennis, fishing & a little zoo as well as Blyton ice cream & racetrack. A stream with ducks is in the next village. Self contained one bedroom cottage in countryside with plenty of walks & a close village pub. Cottage offers kitchen with a fridge which has a small freezer section, dishwasher, washing machine, cooking accessories, tea & coffee, dining table & chairs for four. Living area with comfortable seating & TV. Bedroom has a king size bed, space for single bed (upon request) and space for a cot (cots not provided). Bathroom with walk in shower & separate bath. The cottage is ideal for couples, business travellers, families with one child and dogs. The village has a great pub with delicious home cooked food and a cosy open fire. Only 3 miles away is the historic Market town of Howden with it's great range of shops, cafes and bars. Laxton is an ideal base for exploring East or North Yorkshire.
