Nika's home

The apartment is part of a residence complex of 6 apartments and is located in the settlement of Agios Nikolaos. It’s the middle right apartment. There is a cozy living room equipped with a smart TV and an air conditioner. There is also a fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The visitors can enjoy the view from the balcony or have a barbeque in the front yard. You can access the central square of the village by foot in three minutes,where you can find all kinds of shops.

The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

Villa Kladi

Villa kladi is located in the middle of our olive grove, on the border with the forest. Only for nature lovers "including its guests and rumors". To get to our house be ready for a mini off-road about 1km,(any car can come),between fragrant flowers, wild flowers and olive trees and sometime sheeps as well. The nearest beach can be reached by car in 5 min.The house have a really beautiful view to the sea

Elia, the private off grid island

You wake up, the sun is rising behind mount Athos. You enjoy a cup of coffee, while the dolphins jump on the horizon. You walk to the beach and the only thing you can hear is the sea. You cook outside, watching the boats passing by and the seagulls chasing the fish. Now, it's time for drawings and board games. Finally, you have a glass of wine, waiting for the moon to rise behind the hills.

Traditional Guest House - Old Nikiti Village

The apartment is located in the heart of the old village of Nikiti. It is the 1st floor of a two-storey stone house which was built in 1908 and was renovated recently. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and a storage room. Apart from that, there is also a big yard with parking spots, perfect for some relaxation time to enjoy a coffee or a bbq.

Honeysuckle - Nikomaria

“Honeysuckle” is located on the ground floor of the main building at the compound NINKOMARIA. It is on a height of 60 m and the view to the sea is spectacular. Nikomaria is away from mass tourism, and it is surrounded by a green garden full of trees and flowers. It is ideal for quiet and relaxing vacation in a natural environment.

Holiday apartments in Agios Nikolaos, Sithonia, Halkidiki, Greece. Right on Schinia beach, completely private. We have 4 basic but spacious bungalows in a row, next to our main building. Very quiet and a great central spot to explore Sithonia. One hour from Thessaloníki airport.
