Il piano terra è costituito da una cucina abitabile con camino, stufa a pellet ed un soggiorno scavato nella grotta, fresco d’estate. Al primo piano la zona notte è costituita da una camera matrimoniale, una camera doppia ed un bagno con vasca e lavatrice.
