Esta habitación esta dentro de un pequeño hotel de 8 unidades se encuentra en un segundo nivel, por lo que para acceder a el es necesario subir algunas escaleras.Está ubicado a una cuadra del centro del pueblo, a dos cuadras de la playa, a cuadra y media de la central de camiones,esta rodeado de ricos restaurantes, frutería,lavandería es muy fácil trasladarse desde ahí hacia cualquier punto de interés. Aunque esta ubicado sobre la avenida principal de Sayulita tiene un ambiente muy tranquilo.
