Located along the St. Clair River at the apex of nostalgic Broadway and Marine City’s Nautical Mile sits Harbor House. In the morning, enjoy the sunrise over the river while the ships pass. Later, head out your door and explore the many antique shops on Broadway or visit the various Parks, Shops and Restaurants along the river. Have kids? we are situated conveniently between the City Beach and Harbor Park. When the day is done, sit around the fire pit on the water and recap your great day.

Our property is double wide with panoramic Lake View. Access to the beach via a new public stair case 7 cottages down. No direct access from our property. We do not have neighbours either side. We are located in a friendly quaint community. A good mix of seasonal cottages and full time residence. The panoramic view is seen from two of the 3 bedrooms. Imagine waking up and from the comfort of your bed enjoying the sights and sounds of the endless lake horizon. Please be our guest!

New, custom, home directly on Black River features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Bring your boats, bikes or kayaks or just relax and enjoy the river views with your coffee or cocktails on the private decks. Lower level has entertainment area with wet bar and seating for 16.
