Dieses moderne Haus bietet Platz für Familien und Paare gleichermaßen und verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer und einen stilvollen offenen Wohn- und Essbereich. Das Ägäische Meer mit einem schönen Sandstrand befindet ca. 200 m vom Haus entfernt. Das Haus ist im Juli 2024 fertig gestellt worden und sie können die ersten Gäste sein.

There is a big, lovely garden and a barbecue as well as all the amenities that you'll need in the house. It is also located in a quiet neighbourhood away from the main street, with free parking in front of the house. Kavala town is 8km away and there's a mini market nearby as well as a few tavernas.

Modus Operandi is an autonomous air-conditioned ground floor apartment located in the western part of Kavala. It is about 5 km from the town center and the port, while the international airport of Kavala is 30 km away. It has an area of 80 sqm, offers partial sea view and its guests have a private entrance and access to a small outdoor courtyard which they have exclusive use of.
