This great mountain condo is convenient to everything Summit County has to offer. Easy access to skiing at any of Summit County's 4 resorts, as well as nearby hiking and road or mountain biking in the summer. There is a coffee shop, pub, liquor store and pizza place located next door for your convenience. The Summit Stage free bus is a short walk away providing access to Keystone, Breckenridge, and the Dillon Amphitheater. A great home base for couples, solo adventurers & small families.

In the winter there's skiing and tubing at Frisco Adventure Park just 1.5 miles away, while for summertime take your SUP or kayak to Frisco Bay is just 1 mile away. Endless hiking trails and the bike path are just outside the door.
