Genieße den wunderschönen Blick von Deiner privaten Terasse. Die separate Küche wird gemeinschaftlich genutzt.

You will enjoy a sunny, spacious and cozy duplex, just 2 minutes’ walk from the beach, in a central and quiet area of Milfontes. The house has 130 square meters divided by: on the 2nd floor, living room with fireplace, working table and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and 2 balconies (one with bbq and sea view); on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms (one with balcony), and 1 bathroom. Comfortable for 4 adults, we may add 1 extra bed. The house may not be suitable for children (stairs).

In the apartment's private garage there are free bikes and surfboards for our guests to use during their stay.

A casa não possui varanda, possuí sim um pátio de entrada, onde é colocada uma mesa e cadeiras. Este pátio não tem vista para o mar. Será um enorme prazer receber a sua visita.

New built studio, in nature close to the beach

This one room studio apartment has just been renovated and is located on our small farm where we grow vegetables and fruit trees. The house is made out of rammed earth, placed just a few meters from the gorgeous river of Seixe, surrounded by green hills and fields. The valley is very calm and full of animals such as cows, horses, goats, sheep, donkeys and pigs. In the hot days you can take a cooling dip in the river or visit the amazing beach only 6 km away!

Vai adorar o meu espaço porque é um apartamento com vista para o mar, de 2 assoalhadas, com cerca de 78 m2, situado muito perto do centro, com acesso à praia da Nossa Senhora do Mar, além da praia principal e da praia dos Alteirinhos, com estacionamento à frente e atrás do edifício. O meu espaço é bom para casais, aventuras individuais, viajantes de negócios, e famílias (com crianças).

Apartamento com um quarto, totalmente equipado, com Internet. Fica situado num local sossegado, perto do Centro Comercial, onde poderá encontrar supermercados, restaurantes, cafés, jardim infantil e lojas de variados ramos. A praia a 10/15 minutos a pé. Há quem desfrute de passeios a cavalo e no mar pode usufruir de passeios de barco, canoagem ou pesca.
