Boutique Design Loft in Fisherman's House

This typical fisherman's house, with 30m2, was rehabilitated in 2017, and now have: - Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, clothes and refrigerator, dining table and 2 chairs. - Living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, WI-FI. - WC with shower. - Mezzanine, with a access staircase, with double bed (160cmx180cm), writing desk and a charriot. Guests can access all areas except the storage area. Usually we will be present at the entrance and exit and available for any unforeseen situation. Stroll down to the water just a few steps away at the end of the road. Venture out and explore the neighbourhood filled with quaint houses, lovely restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. Preferably walk as it your in the center of the village of Alcochete. Smoking is not allowed, nor bring pets. No parties or events allowed Children up to 1 year old for safety reasons, since there are no gates or doors on the stairs between the mezzanine / bedroom and the ground floor.

A 5 km de Fátima, situa-se esta casa típica da região da Serra de Aire, construída em pedra com muitos séculos de história. Está inserida numa aldeia recuperada (Pia do Urso). Aqui encontrará um espaço tranquilo para descansar, desfrutando da paz transmitida pelos sons da natureza. Amazing house with private courtyard, fully furnished for relax moments and 3 confortable rooms, with one master suite with 25 m2. We work with a Water Ski/ Wakeboard Academy in Castelo do Bode Dam with special prices for our guests.
