Holiday Home with Pool 100% private near the Beach

**Breakfast or homemade pizza are available on request (extra charge applies). Rental cars with airport transfer (2h) is also available. ** The holidayhome is located in the mountains with a view into the nature. It has a pool (not heated) and a private garden area. We strongly recommend to have a car. From the house you can reach many points of interest (the vulcanic islands, the Etna etc). Even supermarkets, ice cream shops and restaurants are close to the house. The beach is 20 minutes away.

Rilassati con tutta la famiglia o gli amici in questo alloggio tranquillo. La villetta si trova all'interno del residence Saracen, dispone di un ampio spazio esterno, con incantevole panorama mozzafiato sulle isole Eolie, dotato di tavoli, sedie, sdraio, barbecue e doccia esterna. La disposizione interna è così composta: salone con ampia finestra panoramica, cucina, bagno con doccia e due camere da letto. La villetta dista 1.5 km dal mare e da tutti i servizi necessari raggiungibili in auto.

A kitchen corner surrounded by windows where to cook admiring the transparent sea. A garden to relax in a hamac and a fully equipped barbecue.

Affittasi a Capo d'Orlando-Naso (zona S. Domenica) piccolo e accogliente Casolare indipendente e immerso nel verde a 4 km dalla spiaggia, dal centro e dal porto turistico. Si compone di ampio soggiorno con annessa cucina, ripostiglio/lavanderia, 1 camera da letto matrimoniale più 1 divano letto, 1 bagno e una grande corte esterna attrezzata, con annesso giardino e doccia esterna. Finemente arredato e dotato di ogni comfort, compresi climatizzatore, cantina vini, parcheggio privato.

Newly built apartment, just 3 minutes on foot from the beach. The apartment has a bedroom with queen bed and a big living room with kitchen. In the living room there is s also a bed sofa. The apartment can host 4 persons. The kitchen is very comfortable and includes: microwave, oven, dishwasher and laundry washer. Car parking is inside and for free. There is also a barbecue area, a big garden and also a yard (with external table and chairs).
