While located on a quiet, residential street this property is conveniently located within a short walking distance of numerous local hot spots such as: Ghisallo, Jyan Issac Bakery, Love Coffee, Santa Monica Yoga, Local Kitchen + WineBar, Thyme Cafe & Market as well as parks, tennis courts, golf, a beautiful swim center, the beach, plus two Breeze BikeShare locations are also right nearby! Guests can drive, walk, bike, bus, or Uber/Lyft all around Santa Monica. Bike lanes run adjacent to the house and the Big Blue Bus stops one short block away and can take you straight to the beach, the Third Street Promenade, Westwood, etc.. The house is filled with artwork from LA artists, to bring a little of the LA streets to the comforts of Burbank. Guests will have access to dedicated Internet Wi-fi, Roku TV, Netfix, Amazon and HBO, outdoor dining area BBQ. A washer and dryer are available if needed. An additional single bed can be added to the room if needed. The guesthouse has a separate kitchen area, however it is not a full kitchen. There is no stove or range. There is a microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. At this time we do not accept long term guests.

We are more than happy to interact with guests, but also respect that some guests may want to keep to themselves. Walk to Hollywood, Beachwood Canyon, or Franklin Village. Uber or Lyft comes in seconds and takes minutes to Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Echo Park, and West Hollywood. Griffith Park is minutes from the house. Walk to the Hollywood and Vine Metro Red Line Station, The Flyaway bus from LAX drops you off at Hollywood and Argyle just 5 blocks away. It is only 8 dollars. Uber and Lyft cars are everywhere Not Handicap Accessible - we are up two flights of outdoor stairs to enter the house, and bedrooms are up another flight of stairs. This house is not child-proofed so not suitable for children, there are floor to ceiling windows with no child guards.We do have a lovely doodle named Theodore. He is hypoallergenic and does not shed. He is kept in a separate yard and you won't be interacting with him unless you would like to of course!
