Fornito di tutti i confort composto da cucina con angolo cottura ,una camera da letto matrimoniale seconda camera con divano letto,dispone di 2 bagni, lavatrice e due graziose verande, a poca distanza dalla spiaggia(350 mt) del paese e da tutti i servizi. Vicini una varietà incredibile di spiagge presenti in Ogliastra raggiungibili alcune in macchina altre a piedi o in barca.A circa 30 minuti dal Gennargentu e dai caratteristi paesi di montagna.Il contesto e il paese di S.Maria Navarrese sono unici per le bellezze naturali, dove il mare trasparente, le bianche montagne di roccia calcarea e le sempreverdi foreste rendono ogni angolo un vero e puro spettacolo della natura. Caratteristici i suoi angoli suggestivi, i locali all'aperto, dove l'ospitalità si esprime nei sapori intensi della terra e del mare . All'aria aperta e in mare, sotto il cielo limpido di Sardegna e tra intensi profumi si possono praticare sport e attività a contatto con un ambiente naturale unico.

La mia casa si trova a 50 m. dall'antica torre saracena che si affaccia sulle acque cristalline che caratterizzano tutta la costa ; a pochi metri si trovano un parco giochi realizzato tra gli splendidi ulivi secolari , diversi ristoranti , bar , gelaterie , negozi , bancomat e spiaggia... La mia casa è adatto a coppie che cercano un po'di tranquillità ,ad avventurieri solitari che amano la natura , a chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie (con bambini). La casa si trova inoltre a dieci minuti di macchina da Baunei per chi vuole cimentarsi con scalate ed escursioni nelle bellissime montagne .
