First bedroom has a queen bed and gas fireplace, second room has a queen bed and gas fireplace, living room has two futons. Bonus room is detached from the house and has built-in king-size captain's bed and gas fireplace, the TV in the bonus room does not have access to cable. DVD player only. PLEASE NOTE: There is NO bathroom in the bonus room. Private stairs to the beach!

With views from the Cayucos pier all the way to Morro Bay and Morro Rock, this is the perfect, relaxing spot to enjoy the sunset and watch the surfers catch some waves.
