L'appartamento, affittato in uso esclusivo, è composto da un ingresso con angolo studio, una camera da letto per due persone, una cucina affacciata su di un grande salone e sala da pranzo, e un bagno. La particolarità dell'appartamento è costituita dalla presenza di un'antica cucina maiolicata con camino, essendo lì locate le antiche cucine del palazzo.

Costruito nel 1450, questo Loft rappresenta l'unione tra moderno a antico. Il palazzo é l'antica residenza della famiglia della Gioconda. La stanza principale, con un soffitto molto alto e un pianoforte è il fulcro dell'abitazione. L'appartamento é molto accogliente e decorato. Per check-in anticipati o posticipati c'è un sovrapprezzo di 15€.

L'appartamento è ideale per due persone ma può accoglierne fino a tre (il divano composto da comodi materassi diviene il terzo letto).

L'appartamento è situato al secondo piano con ascensore di un ex convento del '300, a due passi dalla Basilica di Santa Croce: una delle più grandi chiese francescane e una delle massime realizzazioni del gotico in Italia. L'appartamento è stato interamente ristrutturato nel 2018. È disposto su due livelli e composto da soggiorno con divano letto e angolo cottura con ampia sala da pranzo, la camera da letto é situata al piano superiore e dispone di un letto matrimoniale con guardaroba.
