Catalina Island known as the Island of Romance is the perfect choice for visitors looking to escape and experience the warmth of a small-town in a fun Island destination. My Avalon home is a wonderful warm and sunny cottage just 2 blocks from the beach, shops, boating, and other entertainment. It is located on "the flats" in the center of town for an easy walk to all destinations. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

This 5 bedroom all with TVs, 3-bath home comes with an outdoor gas grill, patio and seating. The kitchen has new appliances with gas stove, dishwasher and attached laundry room. This home is great for families, large groups and corporate retreats.
