Perfect for antique lovers, the house boasts one-of-a-kind vintage furniture and art. Can't beat the location, located on a quiet and private dead-end street right next to hiking trails, five minute walk to town and ten minute walk to our beach. This hidden small bungalow is ideal for a small family or two friends but can comfortably fit two couples if you are feeling cozy!

Private and Cozy Studio

Our private studio is great for couples or single professionals who need a quiet place to work. Studio is furnished with one Queen bed and a two twin beds (trundle bed comes from underneath the twin bed in the picture. Private bathroom and access to our backyard, some guests have used it for Yoga, Meditation and for their kids to run around 10 minute drive to downtown and/or main beaches. Private parking space included for one vehicle. Only minutes from hiking trails, UCSB, Beach, etc.

This dreamy, boho Spanish-style house is perfectly located just 1 mile from State Street and the beach. The unit is on a duplex with a private entrance, gated backyard with a bbq and gorgeous dining area, full kitchen, and beautifully remodeled bathroom. The bright and airy bedroom features a queen sized bed and dedicated workspace. The couch in the living room can be converted to a full-sized bed.
