Entire home with full kitchen, one bathroom with washer and dryer, one bedroom with queen bed, newly added Queen bed in the living room, The home sits on 5 acres with amazing views. 30 minutes from The great sand dunes national park! 15 minutes from Sand dunes hot springs. Front and back porch perfect for watching the sunrise and sunsets, quiet get away. There is some equipment on property, We have a shop area in the back of the property we use occasionally but it is a good distance away. NO AC

You will feel right at home surrounded with comfortable furnishings, a well appointed kitchen & a sunny outside area to sip morning coffee or to enjoy a cocktail after a fun day exploring The San Luis Valley. Our new mini-split will ensure you can keep DutchRose as warm or as cool as you wish. You might get a glimpse of our local deer as they do roam through the neighborhood and if you are fortunate, Miss Kitty may welcome you, but please do not let her in our pet-free casita. STR #2860

The Mil

Come relax at a home away from home in our quaint mother-in-law suite. (The Mil) The space accommodates 2 comfortably. There is a kitchen space equipped with hot plate, microwave and toaster oven where you can air fry, grill, bake, etc. There is a mini fridge available for use and all the basics to cook a meal. A bedroom area with queen bed and full bathroom. Living room can second as additional sleeping area. Sitting outside on the patio you have a great view of the Spanish peak mountains.

Located on the bank of the Cucharas River, the River's Bend ideal mountain retreat is geared for a family vacation, or personal restorative get away. This two beadroom, 3 bath cabin can accomadate up to six guests in the main cabin with use of the luxury cots in the spacious sunroom. With special arrangements, the detatched Sleeping Hut outfitted with queen bed and sleeping loft offers additional beds and the best sleep you will ever experience!

Rio Grande River Unique Place

A cozy tiny little house that is located in the San Luis Valley. The cozy house is located on our family ranch where you are within walking distance of fishing on the Rio Grande River or can enjoy seeing lots of different animals such as farm animals and wildlife. You can put your feet up as you sit on the porch and listen to the Ro Grande flow and immerse yourself in all that the ranch has to offer. Relax and enjoy your stay.
