Bring your pets and enjoy a stay 1 mile from Canton Street and all that downtown Roswell has to offer. It’s also convenient to the Perimeter area, Buckhead and Alpharetta. The guest suite is located on the lower level of our home and has a private entrance with a smart lock for a fully contactless check-in experience. Completely remodeled, the guest space offers modern and comfortable accommodations. Be sure to take advantage of the swinging bed under the string lights on your private patio.

NO CLEANING FEE - Although we don't charge a cleaning fee, our cleaners work very hard to provide a clean place for our guests. THIS IS NOT AN ENTIRE HOUSE. This is a terrace-level guest SUITE in a home in a nice neighborhood with many high end homes. Very safe and quiet location with no thru traffic. The guest suite is private to you with your own private entrance. Access does not include the rest of the house. FREE PARKING on your own reserved spot! NO PARTY policy enforced! (read below)

Nature sightings include deer, fish, turtles, snakes, birds, and the most beautiful blue heron walking tall if you are lucky enough to catch a glimpse. A true paradise inside the city! Home is 25' x 25' so super cozy yet perfect for two!

Historic Roswell Mid-Century Modern Retreat

Short walk to Canton St. and walkable to local wedding venues. This new garden basement apartment has full sized stocked kitchen, large double vanity bathroom, fully stocked game room/billiard room, and separate private office. 10 foot ceilings throughout unit and it opens to shared backyard gardens & private patio. King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.

Private suite in a daylight basement, sleeps 1-6 people. Entrance to the suite is through the garage. No stairs. Our neighborhood is quite and full of large trees & friendly people. We are located close to trails, a playground, dog parks, supermarkets & great restaurants. We are 3 miles from I-75 and 6 miles from Truist Park, the Battery, Dobbins ARB, Lockeed-Martin, & the Galleria. Downtown Atlanta is about 10-15 miles south. Private entrance to a lower level apartment with lots of natural light. A large bedroom with its own bath and TV. There is also a large living room with 55 “ TV and a gas fireplace. It comes equipped with a gas stove, microwave oven, and a small fridge. Safe off street parking is available. Pets are welcome for an additional cleaning fee starting at $50. There is a large fenched in backyard to walk your pet or have them run freely.
