This beautiful private cottage is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of adventure! New, bright and comfortable, this secluded cottage is conveniently located just 40 minutes from Sugarloaf, 50 minutes from Saddleback and 10 minutes to downtown Farmington. Feel free to walk, fat bike or x-country ski on nearly 4 miles of groomed private trails located just outside your front door! Contains a full kitchen for meal prep, as well as high speed internet, and climate control.

The Blue Room at Cappy's Camp

The "Blue Room", named by the grandkids, is the perfect place to land after a day of exploring the Rangeley Lakes area. Situated right on Beaver Mountain lake, this is a comfy cozy room over the detached garage of the camp. The Blue Room is equipped with two twin beds, tv, wifi, Rinnai heat, shower, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. There is a washer and dryer downstairs in the garage which you may use and share with owners if they are in main camp.

The Terraces #5 Private Lakefront Cabin

Cabin #5 is available spring to fall. It is cozy getaway located on Rangeley Lake. Guests have access to the lake via 100 meter walk down to the dock. You will be a less than a 5 minute drive to a bustling main street with great local shops and eateries. The cabin is accessible by 2 sets of stairs or a path from the parking lot. The cabin is quaint and we provide the necessities. That being said, there is not a microwave or electric coffee maker.
