The home is located in Torrey, Utah on scenic Highway 12 within 11 miles of the entrance to Capitol Reef National Park. The location is quiet with unobstructed views of Boulder mountain, farmland, and red rock landscape; a perfect location for dark sky viewing. The floor plan includes a large open great room with a fully equipped kitchen, counter bar, dining table and seating area.

Property is on 145 acres and about a mile of Colorado River front. Surrounded by thousands more acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Seven additional rentals on the property if the female hogan doesn't fit your needs.

The Farmhouse Cabin is a guest favorite! Sleeps up to 8 in beds including the futons. WiFi business office. Perfect place to work from your vacation. Playground for the children while you work. Secluded, quiet, and private. Close to Canyonlands, TV room, Full Kitchen, Dining Room, 2 big screen TV's, campfire bowl, sleeps up to 8. Central among more than a dozen state and national parks and monuments, and many ancient ruins.

Our spacious 2 floor home has a modern design with 2 large living areas, 2 covered patios, and ample parking. The house is on 1 acre of land, an easy 10 minute drive south of Moab. It’s ideal for exploring Arches, Canyonlands and all local sights.
