Located on the third floor (penthouse) of a building with an elevator, this modern apartment offers a carefully designed space to ensure maximum comfort. The photos speak for themselves, revealing all the comforts of its facilities: - a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with 4 chairs - a living room with a sofa and Smart TV - Bedroom 1 with a very comfortable 160 cm double bed - Bedroom 2 with a very comfortable 140 cm double bed - and 1 complete bathroom with sink and shower. Within these 52m2, you will find an intimate space that will provide you with the necessary tranquility to recharge after exploring the wonders that Madrid has to offer. Every corner was utilized and designed to provide you with the best experience during your stay. We provide towels, bed linen, gel, shampoo, and hand soap included for initial use. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.

Podrás estar en en la Estación de Atocha en unos 17 minutos. Desde aquí tienes conexión con el Metro, con el resto de trenes de cercanías de Madrid y con varias líneas de autobuses. También puedes caminar hacia el Paseo del Prado, donde están los principales Museos o al Parque de El Retiro a 5 minutos
