The house is located on a quiet street about a 10 minute walk to Matanchen Beach, one of the longest and sandiest beaches in the area. The ocean view pool is private, as is the whole house. Aticama is the little fishing town where the house is located, and stores and restaurants are within walking distance. A car is recommended as you will have increased mobility during your stay.

We have a private pool in the backyard, complete with hot and cold outdoor showers. This is a very comfortable house great for families. Please note ocean views are from the master bedroom only.
