Penginapan di dekat Pelabuhan Ajibata. Jalan masuk penginapan muat 2 mobil bersisian. Garasi penginapan muat 1 mobil Innova atau 2 mobil Ayla/Brio. Penginapan ini 2 lantai, dengan 2 kamar tidur, 2 kamar mandi, dan 2 ruang tamu yang cukup luas. Terdapat dapur di lantai 2. Apabila tamu lebih dari 4 orang, ada extra bed dengan charge Rp75.000 per kasur.

Ang lugar na matutuluyan na ito na may estilong etniko sa Batak ay perpekto para sa pagbibiyahe ng grupo/team. Matatagpuan sa sentro ng lungsod at 3 minuto lang ang layo mula sa Dancing Fountain Waterfront Pangururan. May kumpletong banyo na may sabon at shampoo. At ibinibigay ang galon na mineral na tubig. Maluwang na paradahan ng kotse/motorsiklo.
