The annex comprises fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining / lounge area with a smart tv. There is fast wifi and the space acts as a very comfortable workspace. Double bed on mezzanine (accessed via ladder) and sofa bed in lounge. Welcome breakfast, coffee, tea provided. Pets welcome and off street parking.

We also enjoy easy access by bus to Eastbourne or popular beauty spots including Cuckmere Haven.

The Haven is a bright and spacious Annex which overlooks Peacehaven Beach. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. The master bedroom has a double bed and the lounge has a brand new futon which opens out into another double bed. Peacehaven has all the shops you need within 2 minute walking distance. Brighton City Centre is a 15 minute bus or car journey. Your hosts, Tony and Chrissy are very welcoming and caring.
