2 Bed/1 Bath Guest Suite

I'm happy to host you & your pets! My home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood away from busy streets, about 15 miles south of Salt Lake International Airport. The guest area is the main level, about 900 square feet. I don't charge cleaning fees. Requests with kids ages 2-12 will be declined for their safety, no exceptions. I live in the separated basement with my dog; we don't go into the guest space. Stays 28+ days require a signed lease. Backyard & dog run unavailable April - August 2026.

Sip your coffee on the front porch while you take in the sounds of nature, enjoy a view of the falls from the dining table, and sleep late up in the cozy loft. From the front door you are roughly 30 minutes away from 6 major ski resorts, numberless mountain hikes, and 15 minutes from the bustle of downtown. Come and enjoy!

A charming 3 bedroom home with two and half bathrooms Almost all amenities one can think of is inc: game room with pool table, dart etc, hot tub, playground for kids with swing set. Completely fenced yard with picnic table grill and fire pit. On the inside, in addition to basics, with full functional kitchen and living room, the house has water treatment system which provides soft and filtered water. We are happy to provide it FREE charge. Don't border to buy your own bottled water!
