The rooms sport local artwork highlighting the area's beauty while comfortably accommodating your needs with adjustable beds, 50in TV's, walk-in showers, and backlit mirrors. A wide community hallway is flooded with natural light from skylights, while a cozy mountain feel is maintained. All rooms have access to additional amenities, and are in close proximity to mountain adventure. Room 05 has a queen sized Bed.

Honeymoon Suite @ The Prospector Motel

This motel was built in the early seventies and went out of commission years ago. A major remodel brings a careful overhaul of modern touches mixed with a mountain vibe, this place is unlike any other you might find in the little town of Idaho City. You are booking for Unit 1. It sits on the lower front of the property. This spot offers a table for 2, full kitchen, dresser, sofa, Television, Air conditioner, claw-foot tub and a King sized mattress. This space is large and cozy.

Our new "Sacajawea" room. Tastefully decorated in Native American art and named after Idaho's most famous native woman and sports a huge King bed. Strategically located next to Idaho City's famous Gold Mine Grill & Saloon and it's Trailer Park Stage. Enjoy Idaho's best BBQ, Prime Rib, Libations, and Live Music! We do not allow any pets nor smoking. Those who ignore this policy will see a hefty fee on their credit card statement. We appreciate your cooperation.
