This place is centrally located with walking distance towards the sea and the river( Suvarna and Hoode). It's situated amidst lush greenery. It's a 10 minute drive to the famous Delta Point(river on one side and sea on the other), where India's first surfing club is situated. Lots of cafes are situated serving coastal cuisine. It's quite spacious. This is suited for travellers and for people choosing to work in a peaceful area. There's an outdoor dining area with attached balcony.
