Thomas Brown House

History in the heart of Salem. The Thomas Brown house built in 1781, is the oldest house on historic tree lined Winter street. Located steps away from the Salem Common, Peabody Essex Museum, and local witchcraft shops. This 2 bedroom, 1000 SQFT, private second floor apartment was restored and completed in August of 2018. The property offers off street parking, new and modern full kitchen and bath, with guest controlled thermostat. 4 Guests Maximum, 2 shared beds only. No children under 5.

Marblehead Tiny House

This new 360 square foot tiny house sleeps four comfortably. A mile from old town, down town, and just steps from Salem Harbor for breathtaking sunsets. The house is located in private, wooded back yard of our home. Kitchen is outfitted with small refrigerator, instant pot, air fryer, hot plate with pots and pans, microwave oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and electric tea kettle, as well as glasses, plates, flatware, etc for eating in. Kitchen table and chairs comfortably seats four.

The Salem Porch House is a beautiful, comfortable one bedroom condo and relaxing porch with views of the Salem Common on a residential side street. The condo has a spacious primary bedroom with a king bed, full eat in kitchen with a farmhouse table, small bathroom with a sunken claw foot shower/tub and a peaceful living room with a queen bed for additional guests. The space is ideally located right downtown... everything is walking distance and many things literally 1-5 minutes away!

We recently renovated our first floor which has a private bedroom & ensuite bathroom, spacious living room and private entrance and parking. The overall feeling is spare and peaceful with lots of natural light. We live in a fantastic neighborhood in Salem, two blocks from the Salem Common. We walk everywhere-- to the ocean, Peabody Essex Museum, Cinema Salem and many cafés, bars and restaurants. Happy to share our favorites. 5 minute walk to the Boston ferry and 10 min to the train.

Seadrift Inn - 2 bedroom 2nd floor apt by the sea!

We are at Salem Willows - family-friendly activities, the ferry, trolley, train, downtown, and nightlife are all close by. Seadrift is perfect for couples traveling together as it has two bedrooms, both with King beds, a large living room, and bathroom. You have a private entrance and it is located on the second floor. You can walk to four beaches within minutes, one is right outside your door. Salem has many historic landmarks and wonderful restaurants very close by. Come visit!!
