The ocean which you can view from the garden is just a 3 minute walk. A gas bbq is provided and a firepit.The house was built by the owner's father; a local fisherman.The cheerful décor will lift your spirit.

Enjoy the beautiful back yard with hot tub, bbq, fire pit and outdoor seating or head down to the pond for a swim and some kayaking (kayaks not provided) . Located in beautiful Branch, Anne and Len’s Harbourview Cottage awaits you. Just ~1.5 hours from St. John’s but in close proximity to Point Lance and Landwash Beach, as well as the scenic Cape St. Mary’s Ecological Reserve. We have everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen, a deck overlooking the harbour and ocean, two bedrooms (queen beds), washer/dryer and lots of books for a rainy day! Perfect for a quiet getaway and great base for exploring the Avalon.

East Coast Newfoundland Cabin

A wonderful Cabin on the sea. It is comfortable and private, high cielings, one bedroom, bathroom, and full size sitting/breakfast/kitchen room with a long sofa. You are 500 feet from the wharf which is the hub of this outport. We are located conveniently on the Southern Shore, close enough to St. John's, Petty Harbour, Ferryland, Trepassy and even St. Vincent for day excursions. The CABIN is located next to the Barn, Bunky and Sibley Tent on the property.

Looking for a relaxing and quiet getaway overlooking the water? Located in St. Vincent's, right on the Irish loop and a few minutes' walk from one of Newfoundland's famous whale watching beaches. The cottage is 3 bedroom(one bath) bungalow. Washer and Dryer available for use. There is a deck located outside the front with chairs where you can sit while grilling on the BBQ and enjoy the view of the beautiful water and taking in the fresh bay air.
