Two queen bedrooms & bunk bed room sleeps 6 guests, great for families or a small gathering of friends. 5 min drive to ocean beach with great swimming & surfing at Smith Point.

This cottage is a gem to be found! From the primary room to the charming loft, this cottage can sleep 6! There is a full working kitchen. For those who wish to do exploring, you will be centrally located on LI giving you great ease in using LI rail road (.5 mile) from cottage and Port Jeff Ferry (1mile)from cottage. There is a large fenced in yard with BBQ and outdoor seating if you wish to dine in. Dogs are allowed w/prior notice and a $65 pet fee. You won’t beat this value! Has it All!!

This private unit, attached to the main part of our home, offers a comfortable retreat for your stay. Step through your own private entrance into a welcoming living room, where you can unwind after a day of exploration. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed, providing a restful night's sleep, and an adjoining bathroom offers convenience and privacy.

Hang up your car keys and your worries and come visit this beautiful, stylish, coastal gem. Everything that Port Jefferson Village has to offer -- the marina, Harborfront Park, restaurants, clubs, shops, galleries, skating rink, green market, Danfords -- is all within easy walking distance. We have contactless check-in procedure & fully private entrance. Please contact with any questions! Large clean studio space that is totally private from the main residence. Private bathroom with toiletries included. Close to beaches, shopping, and SUNY hospital and campus by car or bus. Pull-out loveseat with twin size mattress available for an extra charge. (Book for “3 Guests” for this regardless of occupancy so we know to prepare the bed.)

Several grocery stores and restaurants for delivery/pick up in the area. 400 MBPS Internet connection for those who need a reliable internet connection for work/movie streaming!
