It's the perfect 'home base' to explore from, with a short (< 300m) stroll to the beach, plus all the restaurants and bars of Mission Bay's waterfront. Only 10 mins drive and you're in the city centre. But with the cozy interior, picture-esque private garden and added luxury of a soak in the hot tub, you might not want to leave.

Reconnect and rest at Palm Beach House over food and wine in an architecturally designed home on Waiheke Island designed by Strachan Group Architects. Central ducted heat pump for a super cozy stay. Palm Beach is a short walk away for morning walks and swims. Some of New Zealand’s finest wineries are a short drive away.

Mid-Century Devonport

Enjoy a private outdoor space, the accommodation in the style of mid century, a living space with a queen bed and a bedroom with two king single beds, a private bathroom. The kitchenette has a microwave, electric jug, electric frypan, toaster and coffee plunger. There are plates/ utensils etc. Barbeque, hot plates and saucepans on request. Also the apartment is not suitable for mobile babies (a cot is available) nor children under the age of seven. A vehicle to get around is recommended.

Madills Cottage: parkside 2 brm sanctuary

Madills cottage is conveniently located and equipped for either a short or long stay. Ideal for solo guest, couple or a small family. The house is private and can accommodate two couples or up to four guests (if you don't mind living in close quarters and sharing a bathroom). If you are bringing a baby/toddler, we can arrange a separate crib/cot for you. The house sits next to Madills Farm; a tree lined reserve with a loop walking track and popular playground.
