There’s a secret door leading to the second bedroom, where you’ll even get a glimpse of Chepstow Castle from the window. It’s an ideal base for weddings at St Tewdrics (we’ve even hosted the bride and groom!) or for walking and cycling in the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley.

The cottage is a fabulous romantic and tranquil retreat set in one acre of meadow and adjoining spinney. Perfectly situated to explore all the wye valley, and nearby forest of dean, has to offer. In the Forest of Dean, the Old Chapel is situated next to woodland with wonderful walks right on the doorstep. The chapel has been sympathetically restored and retains many original features, character and charm. An abundance of pine cladding on walls and ceilings give a wonderful feeling of warmth and relaxation. The floors are original pine. Lambsquay Cottage located in the picturesque Forest of Dean on the main road between popular tourist attractions, Puzzlewood and Clearwell Caves. Good pubs serving food and drink within walking distance. The cottage has it's own garden with hot tub. 3 ensuite bedrooms with a sofa bed in the lounge. Cottage is at the back of the main house.
