The Apple at the Orchard is a unique, self contained timber framed building on the outskirts of Wadebridge, Cornwall. The Apple sits in the gardens of Jon and Lucy’s house, The Orchard. It has one bedroom, an open plan living room / kitchen with a double sofa bed for 2 additional guests, if needed. Cot available on request. Situated along the beautiful camel estuary a downstairs apartment in the lower level of our home with its own access. Enter into a hallway then from here into a spacious bedroom with a king size bed and TV. Another door leads into a kitchenette, fitted with a fridge, sink area, microwave, toaster and tea and coffee making facilities. Access to a shower room is off the kitchenette and also leads to a roomy lounge providing a sofa, TV, dining table and a desk area. A 5 min walk to town centre.

Cosy studio apartment with parking right in the centre of Wadebridge, situated on the banks of the River Camel and linked to the seaside port of Padstow by the Camel trail. The apartment is literally yards from the trail and all the amenities. Accommodation comprises separate kitchen, bedroom with fitted wardrobes, small settee, TV and WiFi, shower room . You can have everything that you want within walking and cycling distance or use as a base to explore the wonderful north Cornwall coast.

It truly is the perfect escape from it all which seems hard to believe when, only a stroll away, you’ll find grocery shops, restaurants, pubs and ever popular Camel Trail and bike hire to cycle to Padstow or inland.

The Lugger is a stunning property completed in 2023. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.
