Arrowmarine is situated in the private estate of Montjean. The view is breathtaking and the villa has a huge plot of land. Arrowmarine is fully air-conditioned. The contemporary decoration is soft and elegant. The lush tropical garden with its bright colours is magnificent. At night, it lights up and the magic happens. The villa has also a fitness room. A plus for scuba diving enthusiasts: a private staircase leads down to the seashore in the Marigot Bay marine reserve.

Les Lataniers and Lo Scoglio Estate

Cerulean sea foams below this pair of neighboring villas perched above Anse des Lézards. Les Lataniers comprises of an infinity pool and jacuzzi with Lo Scoglio having its own pool, all with sea views. In both villas, breezy and light are the watchwords, achieved by fold-away glass and open-sided living areas. Arawak is situated on the hillside of Pointe Milou. It offers splendid views of the ocean and surrounding islands. On the west side, you can enjoy the sunsets. The open living room overlooks the terrace, pool and sea. The decor is contemporary. There are two bedrooms on either side of the living room, the last bedroom is in a separate bungalow. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. This villa is perfect for a stay with friends.

La Magnifica

La Magnifica is situated on the hillside of Vitet. The villa has a very nice ocean view on Toiny bay. The long pool and outside area is very pleasant. This spacious contemporary villa has one master bedroom overlooking the ocean and a small bedroom below the villa with no view. It is a perfect villa for one couple.

Caribbean Breeze

Caribbean Breeze is situated in Anse des Cayes. Overlooking the cliff, the view is outstanding. The long pool and large garden will be a perfect playground for the kids. This villa has a good value and we warmly advise it for a family stay.
