This apartment is one of five units in a completely renovated 1880's mansion and is sanitized between guests. It is a sun-filled pet-friendly unit on the second floor with large windows and old pine floors. Sit in the rocking chairs on the front balcony. The location is perfect, so close to the historic district with all the shopping, restaurants and bars, Bikes are available to roam around town. There is one guaranteed parking space. Dogs are allowed for a $40 pet fee per dog (max of 2)

Located 1 mile the the Anastasia beach state park and then a little over a mile to the beach!! Does not have a kitchen. Walk to Alligator Farm!
