This is a very nice upstairs apartment, with its own entrance in a beautiful country setting between St. Anthony and Rexburg The apartment has a bedroom with a queen bed, a kitchen with appliances including washer and dryer, a bathroom and a main carpeted living area with a hide-a-bed sofa and fold away twin bed chair(or there is a queen blow-up mattress). We are located just 8 miles from Rexburg and a few Miles from the Sand Dunes. You will have a nice view of a farmers field and the Idaho Sunsets. You will be located in a wonderful Country Community. There are neighbors on both sides, but a nice view looking out.
